Hi, I’m Anne Hayes/Mama G, a Sacred Sexuality and Feminine Sovereignty Mentor who is dedicated to empowering Twin Flames (Women) to Reconnect to their True Feminine Essence. I do this through online courses, in-person workshops and retreats, 1:1 coaching, online healing sessions, books and songs as codices of activation, and free offerings.
My journey began almost 2 decades ago when I had a deep desire to unlock my ability to experience lasting fulfillment in every area of my life. As a former child sex slave (20 and back) as well as an ancestral childhood rape Thrivor, I had struggled in every major area of my life. I had become increasingly more depressed, frustrated, despondent, lonely and even experienced moments of suicidal ideation. Basically, I had arrived at a point in my life where I just wanted to “give up”, because the struggle seemed never-ending no matter what I did.
Thankfully, after having met my Other Self, I was triggered into a deeper awakening. My Kundalini Activation guided me to tantra-trained teachers, female embodiment coaches, aligned twin flame coaches, plant medicine, retreats to heal love addiction, and programs and mentors to heal through inner child work (including healing concurrent realities and my time in the SSP). I was also attended women’s groups, took up pole dance and traveled as
guided by my Higher Self to heal and collapse lower timelines. I then became reconnected to my Lumerian roots through Humpback Whales with whom I now communicate. To continue, I rediscovered the power of Kundalini Yoga, chanting, breathwork, dance and sacred geometry. Essentially, I rediscovered my True Essence, my Soul Purpose and my True Power.
I have also been trained in healing modalities, including Usui Reiki (Master Level), Reconnective Healing (to restore 12D templates) and am yoga certified.
I share practices within the framework of my Sacred Sexuality Reclamation Method that allow women who have experienced sexual trauma to clear stored emotional imprints and lower parasitic entities, access ongoing bio-field protection and restore 12D templates. These allow women to fully access their Kundalini Energy as a potent tool of transfiguration and conscious elevation. This in turn empowers them to reclaim embodied power and reignite their passion for life, so that they can experience true intimacy, lasting fulfillment and confidently step into their purpose, pleasure and radiant feminine sovereignty.
