Because just a few years ago… that was me.
I felt disconnected from my body.
Disconnected from pleasure.
Disconnected from my femininity.
Disconnected from life itself.
I had experienced profound emotional pain, sexual trauma, rejection, nervous system overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion.
At one point, I had become so sexually shut down that I barely felt connected to my own sensuality anymore.
And yet deep inside, I knew there had to be more.
I intuitively knew that my healing was deeply connected to reclaiming my relationship with my body, my pleasure, my feminine essence, and my Sacred Sexuality.
And so I began exploring.
Initially, it started very simply:
Sacred affirmations.
Intentional self-devotional practices.
Breathwork.
Movement.
Essential oils.
Crystals.
Sensual exploration.
Learning how to safely reconnect with my body again.
And within just a few short weeks, something began shifting.
I felt softer.
More feminine.
More sensual.
More alive.
I began feeling more confident simply because I was finally reconnecting with my body in loving, conscious, intentional ways.
And the more I cultivated that connection… the more my energy changed.
I became more magnetic.
More expressive.
More playful.
More embodied.
And then I went deeper.
I began working with Tantric Teachers, Feminine Embodiment Coaches, Sacred Sexuality mentors, and transformational practitioners.
I immersed myself in feminine embodiment work, Sacred Sexuality practices, Shakti activation, nervous system healing, sensual movement, and energetic healing modalities.
And everything changed.
I began expressing myself more freely.
Speaking my truth more confidently.
Feeling more comfortable in my body.
More radiant.
More alive.
I wore my first thong bathing suit at 59 years old.
Became the oldest pole dancer at a local studio.
And began unapologetically expressing my sensuality and feminine energy without shame.
But the deepest transformation wasn’t external.
It was internal.
Because the deeper I connected to myself…
the deeper I connected to life,
to love,
to God-Source,
and to my Divine counterpart.
Unconditional love began flowing through me more naturally.
And this journey became the foundation for the work I now share through Fiercely Fulfilled Feminine.
